IC Powers
1) Perfect Memory: For the most part, Clementine will remember that. This will more or less primarily be remembering things people say to her, locations and suchlike. As she grows as a hero, she would be able to remember how to work machinery, instruments or different ways of moving other types of technology from watching someone perform it, taking less time to learn it than someone who might be training.

2) Camoflauge: Hiding is her life - or is at least a very good way to prolong her life, back home. This ability will give her an edge on others, being able to turn invisible or just blend in with her surroundings - if she stays quiet, still, and manages to keep calm. She may be able to control it well enough to stay hidden as she moves at a later date if she trains it up.

Permissions Section
3) One of Clementine's abilities is human/animal empathy. This is defined as an ability to sense and project emotions in another at the basic level. Training it up may allow her to use it in a more aggressive manner, with an actual attack. However due to her empathic nature and abillity she will also be more sensitive to the emotions of others, especially if she's in a crowd that was panicking or angry - overwhelming, powerful emotions like that would give her a severe headache (or worse).

SO - I will always always ask if it's okay to sense/project emotions when Clem learns how to, but you can also reply here if you want to give me an advance OK, or even if you want to plot something out involving any of her powers.

BACKGROUND:
Here
Clem's Role: In the first season of The Walking Dead, Clementine takes more of a supporting role - with the adults wanting to protect her and keep her away from the zombies and keep her safe. Clem, for her part, is more of a reactive character for the most part, running from danger, or hiding. However, she does show signs of wanting to be useful, proven when she often went to Lee to ask if she could help with something, or taking it upon herself to squirm into tight places that the adults can't. She also feels guilt for Lee's death, thinking that he would never have gotten bitten if she hadn't run off. It might be true, but Lee would never have blamed her for it.
In the second season of the Walking Dead, we see Clem has moved more to the forefront - it's no long a story told from the perspective of those around her, but from Clem herself. She's more proactive about her situation, not relying on the adults around her as much as she did when she was younger. When she was injured, she appealed to the group she met, and when they wouldn't help her right away, took it upon herself to stitch her injury herself. When they were captured by an enemy it was Clementine who was key in implementing their escape plan. As a result, the adults in the party she had joined were forced to acknowledge Clem's toughness in their travels, treating her like an equal and not just 'a kid'.

PERSONALITY:

Not much is known about Clementine's behavior before the outbreak, but it can easily be assumed that her personality didn't change too much. She'd gotten quieter, maybe, but she was still a smart young girl, who was able to notice more than one might initially expect from a kid.
First impressions reveal that Clementine is pretty quiet, content to draw pictures of happier times when left to her own devices. She may not be able to completely understand certain situations, but she does like to be included in decision making if she's part of the group. Despite being a child, she has a surprisingly mature ability to adapt and learn; she's also been able to keep her innocent outlook and hope that things will get better despite seeing many of her friends leave or die. . .and despite having had to shoot her own best friend/father figure to prevent him from turning.

Any one, especially a child, could have fallen to the despair and distrust in their world, but Clementine was always quick to try to befriend the strangers that they would come across. Being wary of everyone wouldn't get her very far when it came to getting help from strangers, even if it meant that it would put her in a dangerous situation. She's learned that she shouldn't be so quick to trust, but being so trusting is part of her nature and hard to dismiss. After all, when Lee, a total stranger, came to her house she didn't seem afraid of him and trusted him enough to want to stay near him. Of course the alternative was to stay hiding in her tree house with walkers all over the place. Better to be with another living human being than be by herself.

At the core, Clementine is a good, sweet girl who wants to do good and help those she meets. Some children seem to be oblivious to the situation they're in, but Clementine is of the sort to want to get right in there and help out where she can, with this usually ending up bein by crawling through ducts or going through doggie doors. Oftentimes she'll take the initiative to do so herself if she gets the opportunity, whether or not she's told to - as long as it's something she can do to help out. She actually doesn't like it when she's told to stay behind where it's safe, for two reasons; one, because she likes being treated as an equal who can help out, and two - and this is the biggie - because she's afraid the people she cares about will leave her for good, by getting killed. Even if there isn't anything she can do, she would rather be with them - she hates to be alone, because it's more frightening alone than in the thick of things. To better be able to defend herself, she was taught by Lee how to shoot a gun. She's no sniper, but she isn't afraid of shooting walkers if she needs to. Well she is a LITTLE afraid. Although she really prefers not to use the weapon; she'd much rather sneak about and run away.

Post Time Skip (1 year later):
One notable change to Clementine's personality in the almost two years she's been surviving during the zombie apocalypse, is that much of her naivete and trust was gone. She still holds the hope that people would help each other out in those dark times, but at the same time, she is even more wary of strangers, given the cutthroat manner of those she's met. Many people are unwilling to accept new strangers into their group, thinking of them as just 'another mouth to feed', and are suspicious of new faces. If there was even the slightest chance someone was bitten by a zombie, they are more likely to turn them out - whereas Clementine is still more willing to cooperate and help people. She's not quite jaded yet, but she does get frustrated when she can't find supplies during scavenging, and tends to keep her thoughts to herself when she comes across dead bodies. She's used to seeing them, and feels sorry for them, showing she still has the kind and compassionate heart in spite of the hard times she's been through.

In addition to the tougher exterior from Clem, she's more resourceful, taking the lead when she needs help - for example, when she was bitten by a dog and needed help, she took the initiative to find it herself - even if it meant stealing - when the people she encountered refused to help her. This includes taking the supplies she needed (though she still felt guilty about it) to stitch her own wounds (which hurt like a biiiiiiitch) and saying what she needed to say to convince someone to help her (Even though she kinda meant it, though she was reluctant).

She still isn't much of a fighter, but she can be plenty scrappy, able to hold her own - if briefly - against a adult male, and she's learned to use her environment to help her, whether it's from fighting or primarily, running and hiding, as she thinks quickly and she's spry on her feet.

Lastly, she's given to smiling less, and the primary reason for this is to the heaping pile of survivor guilt she's suffering through. She blames herself for Lee's death, she blames herself for Omid's death, and she blames herself for Sam the Dog's death. She blames herself for Sarita's death, as well as Sarah's Death. As she tells Luke, people die because of her. As a result, she's a little more reluctant to form friendships when she fears most of all, the people she cares about will die because of her for some reason. Yet she misses having friends at the same time, and so that distance is tempered by the need to socialize and be helpful to people. No matter what happens, she soldiers on, because giving up is not an option nor a way to honor the memory of her fallen friends. This is her motivation behind her survival - survive and live, so as not to disgrace the memory or sacrifices of those who passed before her. She may not like it, she may hate living when everyone she loves dies, but she continues to hope that things will get better in the future, and that she wants to continue living to see that day come about.

POWER:
[ Clementine has no actual powers, but I picked ones that would be best suited given her setting :D ]

Human/Animal Empathy: Despite her harder background, Clem is empathic towards her fellow survivors and even stray dogs. Her empathic ability here would allow her to sense and project emotions in another at the basic level. Training it up may allow her to use it in a more aggressive manner, with an actual attack - however due to her empathic nature and abillity she will also be more sensitive to the emotions of others, especially if she's in a crowd that was panicking or angry - overwhelming, powerful emotions like that would give her a severe headache (or worse).

Perfect Memory: For the most part, Clementine will remember that. This will more or less primarily be remembering things people say to her, locations and suchlike. As she grows as a hero, she would be able to remember how to work machinery, instruments or different ways of moving other types of technology from watching someone perform it, taking less time to learn it than someone who might be training.

Camoflauge: Hiding is her life - or is at least a very good way to prolong her life, back home. This ability will give her an edge on others, being able to turn invisible or just blend in with her surroundings - if she stays quiet, still, and manages to keep calm. She may be able to control it well enough to stay hidden as she moves at a later date if she trains it up.

COMMUNITY POST (VOICE) SAMPLE:
[ She'd never seen a device capable of broadcasting her voice or location to other people before - at least not something quite like this. Unless you count phones. But this was not a phone, exactly. Honestly, despite being a stranger in a strange place, given strange powers (she was still a little iffy on the validity of that), she wasn't sure what to think.

None of her friends were here, and she would hazard a guess that they never would be. It made her sad to think about it, but in all honesty, she'd lost so many people in the past she was almost used to it. Almost. It never got easier. It still hurt. To distract herself from the thoughts of the past, she cleared her throat, pushing the broadcast function. ]

So... um.. hi, I guess. My name is Clementine and... I'm kind of new here. I don't know if what those people told me when I arrived was true, about.. powers and stuff. And I don't know how I got here - this is... really Florida?

[ A longer pause. ]

Has... anyone ever heard of...Walkers?

[ Pay no mind to the elderly couple passing in the background, with a walker themselves. That's not the kind she's referring to. ]

FINAL NOTES:
She'll be arriving with her clothes and what she was carrying on her - a hatchet, a nail file, a handful of bullets, her gun, and screwdriver.
